Privacy policy

Stallingo B.V. (Loodsstraat 12, 8243 PT Lelystad, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce no. 91234567) processes personal data with care and in accordance with the GDPR. This policy explains which data we process and why.

Which data we process

When you request a demo or contact us, we process the details you provide yourself: name, e-mail address, phone number and your message. We use these details solely to get back to you about your question or demo. We never send newsletters without consent and never sell data to third parties.

Data in the platform

For customers of the Stallingo platform: the customer and object data a storage operator enters remain the property of that operator. Stallingo acts as a data processor and enters into a data processing agreement for this purpose. All data is stored on servers in the Netherlands (European Union).

Sub-processors

We rely on a limited number of sub-processors to deliver the service: Mollie B.V. (payment service provider for subscription and invoice payments) and Resend (delivery of transactional e-mail such as invoices, appointment confirmations and password resets). Data processing agreements are in place with these parties.

Retention periods and your rights

Demo and contact requests are kept for a maximum of twelve months. Invoices and payment records are retained for seven years to comply with Dutch tax law. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object; you may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
