Subscriptions per customer
Attach a rate and an interval to each customer: yearly, quarterly, monthly or per season. Different rates for indoor and outdoor storage, or by vehicle length? No problem.
Online payment in the invoice
Every invoice includes a payment link. The customer pays in a few taps (iDEAL in the Netherlands) and the payment is reconciled automatically — you see in real time who has paid, without trawling through bank statements.
Reminders by themselves
Not paid by the due date? Stallingo automatically sends a friendly reminder, and then a second one. All that is left for you is the odd customer you want to follow up personally.

Questions about invoicing
Can storage customers pay online?
Yes. Every invoice from Stallingo includes an online payment link (iDEAL in the Netherlands). The customer pays in a few taps and the payment is matched to the invoice automatically, so you never have to reconcile by hand again.
Does Stallingo support different storage rates?
Yes. You set a rate per customer or per vehicle, for example based on length, indoor or outdoor storage, or season. Each subscription has its own interval: yearly, quarterly, monthly or per season.
What happens when a customer does not pay?
Stallingo automatically sends payment reminders at the moments you configure. If payment still does not arrive, the invoice shows as "overdue" and you can follow up yourself — with the full payment history at hand.
