You set up Stallingo the way your site really looks: halls, outdoor areas, rows each with their own length. Measure and enter once — from then on it is always right.
Placement to the centimetre
Every vehicle has its length (and optionally width) in the system, drawbar included. Assign a space and the free room in that row is updated automatically. Moving a vehicle is drag and drop, done.

Questions about space management
How do I lay out my hall efficiently for caravan storage?
Divide the hall into rows and record the usable length of each row. Then place vehicles by length (drawbar included): the system tracks the free centimetres per row, so you can fill residual space deliberately with fitting vehicles from your waiting list.
Does space management also work for outdoor storage and boats?
Yes. Outdoor areas are set up just like halls, with their own rows and their own rates. Boats, motorhomes and trailers have their dimensions in the system just like caravans and count towards occupancy.
What happens when I move a vehicle?
The old space is freed up and the new row is updated — including its free length. Staff see the current location of every vehicle in their work list straight away.
