Terms of service

1. Subscription and cancellation

Stallingo is offered as a monthly subscription (Starter, Professional or Unlimited). Subscriptions can be cancelled monthly, effective at the end of the current calendar month. There are no set-up fees. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Subscription fees are collected by direct debit through our payment provider Mollie.

2. Your data

The data you enter into Stallingo remains your property. You can export your data at any time. After the subscription ends we keep your data for another thirty days so you can export it; after that it is permanently deleted. Invoices are retained for seven years in line with statutory retention obligations.

3. Availability and support

We aim for 99.5% availability and carry out maintenance outside office hours wherever possible. Support is available by e-mail via support@stallingo.nl and, depending on your plan, by phone.

4. Liability

Stallingo is a tool for administering your storage facility. The storage operator remains responsible for the content of contracts, invoices and agreements with its own customers. The liability of Stallingo B.V. is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the preceding three months.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a discrepancy between this translation and the Dutch version, the Dutch version prevails.
